Mineral enriched mud has been used for centuries. The mud is applied all over the body and is allowed to penetrate while you relax. This rich black mud is renowned for its detoxification and healing properties. Good for soothing sore joints and muscles. An invigorating treatment that uses alternating sprays of hot and cold water to stimulate circulation and energize the body.

We also have yoga classes running Monday-Saturday at 11:00am for adults and a family yoga class at 3:00pm. If you are staying off site you now have the opportunity to join a class for only $10.
